Granite Peak offers a number of on-mountain dining options both inside and outside based on business levels, days of the week and holidays.
Sundance Chalet
The Sundance Chalet is our largest facility offering seating for over 250 guests with hot grab and go grill items such as burgers, brats, hot dogs, fries and of course cheese curds! Pre-packaged items such as chips, cookies, candy, pre-made salads and plenty of soft drinks too. Looking for an adult beverage? We have a full bar with six taps of draft beer including our signature Red Eye Peak Pilsner.
- The building is open for seating and restrooms an hour before lifts.
- Grab & Go from the cafe is available when lifts open until 8pm.
- Hot Items from the kitchen begin at 11am and close at 8pm.
- The Sundance Bar opens an hour after lifts open and closes daily at 8pm.
Historic Chalet & Deck
Our cozy, stone chalet, originally built in 1939 is a Midwest Ski Gem. This original shelter has been updated with an extensive outdoor deck, beautiful views, and two huge fireplaces. For menu choices you'll have choices between plentiful sharing appetizers, soups, salads, with tasty sandwiches and entrees. A full bar compliments the menu with 16 craft beer options from across the Midwest, signature Bloody Mary's, & cocktails. The outdoor deck features six fire pits and eight overhead heaters. Saturday afternoons features live music with local musician - Brad Emanuel!
