Group Outings

• One group leader must handle all order adjustments, payments, and lift ticket pickup.
• All groups must submit a group submission form at least two or more weeks in advance of their arrival date. If approved, all information requested regarding participants and the group should be finalized no less than five days prior to arrival.
• Payment in full is due at the time of your group's arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Group outings are not valid during our busiest peak days. These include:
  • Holiday Vacation Week
  • MLK Weekend
  • Presidents Weekend

Social Groups

Social groups are simply those group of friends, families or ski clubs looking to get out and enjoy the slopes.  These groups have no parameters other than our blackout periods and we welcome them during every part of the season! 

GROUP DAY VISITS

20 or more people required: to qualify, at least 20 people need to purchase lift tickets valid on one or multiple of the same ski days (20 one-day, 20 two-day tickets, etc.) in advance.

COST: Prices vary.

GROUP EVENINGS 

Evening groups will be offered to those looking to come from 5pm - 9pm on Wednesday nights starting January 8, 2025.  These take place during our popular Wisconsin Wednesday nights and offer discounted helmet rentals.  A "private" lesson for your party can also be arranged for an additional $175 (5 instructors | 2 hour length) .

School Groups

Granite Peak hopes to work with your school to provide the experience of skiing and snowboarding to your students. In the price of a ticket per-person includes: a lift ticket, rentals, and a group lesson upon first visit.

WEEKEND NON-PROFIT / SCHOOL GROUP VISITS

Grade & class outings, non-profit organizations such as scout & church groups, etc. Friday – Sunday. Typically visiting once, a year as a special occasion. Must provide a TAX EXEMPT ID#.  Not available on the following dates 12/27 to 12/29/24; 01/18/25; 02/15 & 02/16/25; 02/22/25, or 03/01/25. 

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS - FOUR (4) visit minimum

After school programs & tickets provide excellent opportunities for ski clubs, offering regular chances for students to enhance their skiing or snowboarding skills.  Lessons are offered to after-school groups during the school's initial visit, and they are available Monday through Thursday set to begin at 4:30pm or 5:30pm (no after-school lessons on Fridays).  

• Tickets are valid from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday. 
• To be eligible, schools must make a minimum of four visits per season.
• All order adjustments, payments, and lift ticket pickups must be managed by a consistent group leader.

SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS (Mon - Thurs. only)

School Field Trip tickets offer an ideal opportunity for a single visit to spark students' interest in downhill sports!  We can facilitate most groups with tickets, rentals, and lessons on weekdays for school-age children and chaperones.  Home-school outings are also encouraged!  Lessons are offered to field trip groups Monday through Thursday set to begin at 10:30am or 11:30am (no field trip lessons on Fridays).

• Tickets are valid from 10:00am to 5:00pm for a daytime field trip.
• The cost is $63 adult (age 16+) | $53 youth (age 6-15). 
• All order adjustments, payments, and lift ticket pickups must be managed by a consistent group leader.
